Town of Lincoln Officers’ 4.6.21 Election Seats on Ballot

The first day to circulate nomination papers is December 1, 2020, and the final day for filing nomination papers is 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 5, 2021.  The number of valid Town of Lincoln Resident Signatures is a minimum of 20.  See link below for attachment for candidate papers packet.  If a primary is necessary, the primary will be held on Tuesday, February 16, 2021.   2021 Candidate Checklist    CANDIDATE PAPERS 2021

Acceptable Photo ID will be required to vote at this election. If you do not have a photo ID, you may obtain a free ID for voting from the Division of Motor Vehicles.

Non-Candidacy Notification – For the Spring 2021 Election, any incumbent officeholder who does not intend to seek re-election should file a Notification of Noncandidacy Form (EL-163) no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, December 28, 2020. Please note that statutory deadline for this filing is technically on a state holiday, December 25, 2020, so the deadline is moved to the next business day.
