Are you interested in renting the Lincoln Town Hall?

If you are interested in renting the Lincoln Town Hall, you may review and print our rental agreement by going to the Community Resources Tab and choosing Forms / Permits.  Please note there is a different rental fee for non-residents vs. residents of Lincoln.  Two separate checks are to be made out to the Town of Lincoln for the amount of rental fee and security deposit and sent along with the completed Rental Agreement Form to the Town Clerk at MAILING ADDRESS:  N9275 County Road P, Algoma, WI 54201 once the date requested is confirmed as available.  If the hall is cleaned adequately and returned to its original configuration, the deposit check will be returned to the Renter.  A Cleaning Check-list must be completed and signed by Renter attesting that each item has been completed. Cleaning costs will be charged at a rate of $30 per hour and deducted from the security deposit if the Town must clean up the Facility following an Event.
