Sale of the Town of Lincoln Property on Hawk Road  = 3.22 acres (old landfill site).  The Board will accept sealed bids by 5:00pm on April 7, 2025.  Sealed bids will be opened at the April 7, 2025 monthly meeting which starts at 7:00pm.  RAC Properties will have the right of first refusal, the Town has right to turn down low bids, and closing costs will be paid by the buyer.
